Attorney Dan Cortell is now Councillor Attorney Dan Cortell.
Councillor Ron Morgese’s replacement for the empty District 8 seat is a quiet, smart, humble, strong Chelsea guy who came here about ten years ago and wanted to get involved.
During this decade of his life, he’s become a well-known and well-liked figure on Admiral’s Hill and with his colleagues on the Licensing Board.
His election Monday night was a testament to his preparation and to the desire he showed for the position he has won.
Cortell will prove to be a good councilor because he is an honest man and someone who pays close attention to details and who never arrives unprepared at whatever it is he is going to do.
