When the new park has been completed on the waterfront on Marginal Street, Chelsea might benefit by planning a series of events or a single signature event there every summer that has some of the panache of the Revere Beach Sculpture contest.
Such a high profile event in so stunning an environment, would be a great boost for the city’s reputation.
