Jason S. Englen, 29, of 109 Marlborough Street, Chelsea, was arrested for two counts of unarmed robbery.

David Hurtado, 21, of 725 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested for straight warrant felony.

Manuel Chavez, 44, of 62 Chester Avenue, Chelsea, was arrested for straight warrant misdemeanor, stop sign violation and unlicensed operation of motor vehicle.

Juan Nunez, 30, of 96 Shawmut Street, Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery.

Karla Qintanilla-Dionicio, 17, of 83 Spencer Avenue, Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery and resisting arrest.

Robert N. Comeau, 71, of 14 Bloomingdale Street, Chelsea, was arrested for drunkenness.

Carlos Ramos, 22, of 22 Prospect Avenue, Chelsea, was arrested for warrant felony default.

Michael D. Andrews, 29, of 46 Tudor Street, Chelsea, was arrested for operation of motor vehicle with suspended license, objectionable and harsh noise, and speeding.

Adalberto Arroyo, 28, of 118 Madison Park Village, Roxbury, was arrested for warrant felony default.

Cynthia M. Archer, 45, of 310 Beach Street, Revere, was arrested for prostitution.

James M. Deming, 26, of 28-40 Washington Avenue, Chelsea, was arrested for straight warrant felony, resisting arrest, and assault and battery on a police officer.

Christopher Williams, 28, of 47 Congress Avenue, Chelsea, was arrested for carrying a firearm without license (third offense), possession of ammunition with FID card, possession of Class B drug, three counts of drug violation near school, possession of a Class C drug and possession of firearm with intent to distribute.

Kyle Whitehurst, 31, of 10 Heritage Drive, Salem, was arrested for possession of a Class B drug, possession of a Class A drug, carrying dangerous weapon, drug violation near park/school, two counts of warrant felony defaults.

Orlen Missael Cardona, 29, of 127 Grove Street, Chelsea, was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle with suspended license, failing to wear seat belt.
