Pedro Chavez-Lopez, 19, of 12 Trinity Avenue, Lynn, was arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and stop sign violation.

Michael Kane, 27, of 5 Greentree Lane, Revere, was arrested for shoplifting.
