Dusk last Friday evening saw a beautiful silouette of the Mystic Tobin Bridge and the cranes unloading and dumping salt
on the Eastern Minerals salt pile – an operation that is going full out right now with the cold weather, icy roads and snowy
conditions. The picture was taken from a vantage point on Marginal Street as the cranes unloaded salt from a gigantic ship
that had just docked at the port.
