Cary Clark salutes the American flag during Sunday’s 50th Anniversary Vietnam War Commemoration ceremony in Malone Park. The event placed a wreath where a plaque will soon be placed to permanently honor the War veterans. The Chelsea Soldiers’ Home and the State Department of Veterans Services sponsored the commemoration.
