BITE ME

On Oct. 12, at 4:50 p.m., officers responded to 350 Broadway inside the Metro PCS for a fight in progress. Officers entered store and observed three parties fighting, one male was biting with his teeth and did not let go until he was physically pulled of the victim.

That subject was placed into custody.

The reason for the fight was not determined.

William Ginepra, 41, of 5 Admirals Way, was charged with assault to maim, assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

JUVENILE FOUND WITH AMMO

On Oct. 13, at 6:40 p.m., members of the Chelsea detective unit conducted a search warrant at 244 Chestnut St.

The search warrant was the result of an investigation relative to firearm violations by a male juvenile. Ammunition was recovered as a result of the search warrant and the juvenile was placed into custody.

A Chelsea juvenile was charged with possession of ammo without a permit.

FED UP WITH THE NONSENSE

On Monday, Oct. 9, at 9:58 a.m., officers responded to the 61 Cottage St. for a report of a 911 hang up. Upon arrival Officers met with the reporting party who was holding her infant baby and standing in front of 61 Cottage St. The female reported that her boyfriend was verbally abusing her and that she was fed up. Officers located the suspect outside in the back yard attempting to climb a fence. Officers subsequently detained suspect and recovered several grams of what was believed to be cocaine, US Currency and other evidence. He was placed into custody on scene.

Jefferey Williams, 41, of 61 Cottage St., was charged with trafficking in cocaine and possession to distribute a Class B drug (subsequent offense).

WRONG WAY BROTHER!

On Oct. 11, at 1:29 a.m., a CPD officer while in the Bellingham Square observed a vehicle travelling down the Broadway side of City Hall in the wrong direction.

The vehicle continued operating in the wrong direction and turned right onto Washington Avenue also going the wrong direction. The CPD officer activated the blue emergency lights and stopped the vehicle in front of 12 Washington Ave. It was determined that the individual was operating under the influence of alcohol and placed into custody.

Alfredo Sanchez-Torres, 26, of Saugus, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, one way violation and an immigration detainer.

CAUGHT DEALING DRUGS AGAIN

On Oct. 12, at 5 p.m., members of the Chelsea Police Drug Unit were doing surveillance in the area of Bellingham Square. The detectives conducted surveillance and observed a drug deal and placed an individual under arrest for distribution of class B drugs.

Agustin Delrosario, 56, of 170 Shurtleff St., was charged with distribution of a Class B drug (subsequent), conspiracy, school violation and an immigration detainer.

Jeffrey Williams, 41, 61 Cottage St., Chelsea, was arrested for trafficking cocaine, possessing to distribute Class B drug.

Daniel Humphreys, 37, 855 B roadway, Chelsea, was arrested for possessing alcoholic beverage.

Tuesday, 10/10

Melvin Maldonado, 31, 25 Whittier St., Boston, was arrested for resisting arrest and on a warrant.

Milton Rivas, 23, 231 Chelsea St., East Boston, was arrested for shoplifting and warrants.

Daniel Humphreys, 37, 855 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery.

Wednesday, 10/11

Alfredo Sanchez-Torres, 26, 319 Walnut Ave., Saugus, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor, one-way violation and immigration detainer.

Leonardo Chavez, 59, 56 Chester Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for possessing alcoholic beverage.

Thursday, 10/12

William Ginepra, 41, 5 Admirals Way, Chelsea, was arrested for disorderly conduct, assault to maim and assault and battery.

Shannon DiBartolomeo, 31, 253 Lincoln Ave., Saugus, was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault and battery.

Elmer Diaz, 37, 238 Chelsea St., Everett, was arrested for possessing Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law and warrant.

Agustin Delrosario, 56, 170 Shurtleff St., Chelsea, was arrested for distribution of Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school/park and immigration detainer.

Luis DeJesus-Santiago, 30, 137 Essex St., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant.

Friday, 10/13

Huynh Pham, 57, 64 Essex St., Chelsea, was arrested for possessing alcoholic beverage.

Sunday, 10/15

Miguel Ramos, 56, 165 Hawthorne St., Chelsea, was arrested for trespassing and possessing Class B drug.
